Shawna Aho specializes in QuickBooks Online and brings nearly two decades of experience supporting Houston small business owners, including dental and healthcare practices, professional services, and home service businesses. Her work is focused on helping clients gain clarity, consistency, and confidence in their financials.

Before founding STAC Bizness Solutions, Shawna launched a virtual bookkeeping firm at a time when remote financial services were still emerging. That firm grew rapidly and evolved into STAC Bizness Solutions in 2013—reflecting her forward-thinking approach and commitment to modern, efficient financial management.

Often referred to by clients as the firm’s small business solutions expert, Shawna’s expertise extends well beyond traditional bookkeeping. Her background includes accounting, payroll, financial analysis, tax reporting, inventory, and month- and year-end close processes, along with Controller-level financial oversight. This combination of financial precision and operational insight allows her to deliver meaningful guidance that supports growth and profitability.

Shawna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Shawna on the golf course with her spouse and business partner, Tee Jay—now with a winning record she’s proud to maintain.
